Okay, this week's ad didn't appeal to my family. So, I didn't create a list and don't plan on shopping. As you start out with couponing, you'll notice that sometimes, you will have a very good week and buy up the store, while other weeks, you don't see anything worth while. Times like these are part of the experience and if you are able to recognize that there are things that your family doesn't need during a sale cycle, then you are becoming a wise shopper and to that I say "Congrats"!
Being a good stewart and a skilled couponer, doesn't mean you go and buy any and everything just because it's cheap or on sale. I especially enjoy weeks like these because it gives me a break from clipping and printing out coupons or list. So, tomorrow instead of going shopping for groceries, I'll take my savings and take my kids out to dinner and buy a book.
